Day 11 is something a little different. I originally got the idea of looking back at my entire year in outfits from Thumbelina Lillie, and you can go check out her post about it here. With my 20th birthday creeping ever closer (its the 18th of January if anyone wants to write it down) I've been thinking a lot about the clothes I wear, and whether they make me look more 12 year old, Uni student, or all grown-up and ladylike.

I feel as the year has gone on that my style has changed, and maybe, just maybe things have gotten a little bit more sophisticated. That doesn't mean I want to loose sight of who I am, and the things I love, such a kooky bags, and fun loving pieces (you can see one such piece here). It just means that I don't want to always get ID for 12 and PG DVDS (yes this has happened more than once). I want to look my age, feel a little bit more sophisticated, and even, on occasion, hot. I know that now is the time to experiment, because in a few years time I'll most likely have a dress code, at my first ever job. Within this next year I want to attempt to do this, to experiment a bit more. To try and find a summer style that I'm actually comfortable with and like. To find that perfect evening outfit that doesn't look like a little girl raiding her mother's closet, and maybe, just maybe, a sophisticated 'wow' outfit. I mean, I don't think that's too much to ask right? Hopefully Father Christmas may have brought me a couple of new pieces, and I can get experimenting and see what I discover!

I'd love to know what you think about my changing style over the year, or even if its changed at all? And whether you guys are making any clothes related New Year's Resolutions for 2016?
