What I am Listening to this Week #10

1. Strong- London Grammar For my birthday last week I was given a lot of new albums and London Grammar's 'If You Wait' was one of them. This song is so hauntingly beautiful and Hannah Reid's voice is just faultless.
2. Corona- Vinyl Jacket I have featured this band in a playlist once before and this new song does not disappoint. You can listen to more of Vinyl Jacket from my first playlist here
3. Riptide- Vance Joy Fearne Cotton is a huge fan of this man and this song, and its featured on Radio 1 quite a lot (no prizes for guessing why). My favourite type of music, folky with a slightly unusual voice.
4. Buffalo Soldier- Bob Marley I don't think a week goes by when I don't listen to Bob Marley's 'Best of' CD. This is largely due to the influence of my parents, as they have played this album to me on a regular basis since I was little. Unfortunately my hair is not quite as cool as his though.
5. Another Year- Cody Like I said I like a good folky song, and this band comes complete with a banjo player (total opposite of Deliverance, promise). And as a former cello player I love the fact a cellist features in the band.
